Support and Training
Washify is proud to provide our customers with a full team of technical support professionals. Many of our Support Specialists have years of hands-on experience at car washes as well as extensive experience working for Washify. This prepares them to approach your question or challenge with insight and know-how.
We provide training for your staff in three ways.
First, as part of the new customer onboarding process, your team is trained at your site, in person, and given hardcopy and electronic versions of all training materials.
Second, our training of your team continues in the form of our weekly customer newsletters and YouTube tutorials.
Third, we assign your account a Customer Success Manager. The CSM understands that each wash uses our system in different ways.
